All the HME/DME home care equipment training and education courses found on our website have been compiled from many sources. They are intended to be a study and review guide, not a comprehensive text or policy standard to be adapted or followed. We have attempted to provide acknowledgment of sources, but there are likely several that are not specifically mentioned. The Training and  education programs were as accurate as possible at the time of listing, scheduling  and training/classes done. It is possible that errors might exist, or that certain currently accepted medical practice or procedures may have changed. Neither the Company, here doing business as "Trinity Health Services and Consulting LLC" or its owners, authors, company representatives, their respective institutions, nor any other individual or institution, Except the persons or the Institutions using these programs, are fully responsible or fully liable for any consequences or any  patient damages of its improper use. Hence We are not responsible for any claims or liability for any personal injury or other injury or any damage resulting from the failure of the DME/HME provider equipment at pts home, or failure to follow the DME/HME provider instructions and /or Manufacturer operation manual for the proper use of the home care ventilators, heated humidifiers and all other home care equipment. The above stated liability and claims waiver hereby fully releases the Trinity Health Services and Consulting LLC and its Owners, authors, representative and its third party entities, their respective institutions, or any other individual or institution involved directly or indirectly, from any potential, possible client or its third party or its agents claims and liability complaints and of its compensations of any kind and it is valid for indefinite time and as long as the state law permitted under the LLC formation rules and regulations.  We actively encourage corrections and comments, and will update and revise the programs accordingly.
